Exchange Requests:
To initiate an exchange, simply return the item(s) to our designated warehouse within 30 days of receiving your order. To expedite the exchange process, you may email us in advance with the desired size and model for the replacement item. We will send out the new product free of charge within 7 days of receiving your return. Please note that for exchanges initiated for personal reasons, an additional $9.9 USD shipping fee will apply.

Return Requests:
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please photograph them immediately and send them to our designated warehouse. We will arrange a free replacement within 7 business days. However, for returns initiated for personal reasons, we cannot provide compensation or accept the return.

Please make every effort to maintain the original condition of the product. We only accept returns in good condition to facilitate resale to other customers. All returned products must be unworn and retain their original tags. Refunds typically take 7-15 business days to appear in your account, with the exact timing subject to your bank's processing.
